Terms and Conditions 8svip — Platform User Guide for Malaysian Players

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and 8svip ("Platform", "We"). This document takes effect from the date you first access the platform or the date of account registration, whichever is earlier.

By continuing to use any part of the 8svip platform — whether the website, mobile app, or any related service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all Terms stated here, along with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of this agreement.

2User Eligibility

To use the 8svip platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of majority under the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• Not acting on behalf of another person or entity without valid written authorization.
• Not appearing on any list of persons prohibited or excluded from gambling services by any regulatory body.
• Not currently experiencing an active gambling addiction or having applied for self-exclusion from any gambling platform.

8svip reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and may suspend or close an account if a user is found not to meet the above requirements.

3Account Registration & KYC

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 8svip platform. Multiple accounts, whether using the same details or different information, are strictly prohibited.

Information required during registration:

• Full name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document.
• Exact date of birth.
• An active email address not shared with any other account.
• A valid and active Malaysian phone number.

Identity Verification (KYC):

8svip conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify player identity. You may be asked to submit a copy of a valid Malaysian identity card, passport, or driver's license. KYC is completed once at registration and does not need to be repeated for subsequent deposits or withdrawals.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own action until you promptly report any unauthorized access to us.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

The 8svip platform supports a variety of popular deposit methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow QR, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer. All financial transactions must be conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit is RM 10 for eWallet methods and RM 20 for FPX.
• Funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
• 8svip does not charge any processing fees on deposits.
• Deposited funds will not earn any interest or returns during the holding period.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals must be made to a Malaysian bank account or eWallet registered in your name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated.
• Approved withdrawal requests are processed within a few hours on business days.
• 8svip reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving large withdrawals as a security measure.

5Bonus & Promotions

8svip offers a variety of bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and seasonal promotions. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.

General Bonus Terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be made.
• The wagering requirement is calculated based on the bonus amount or the total of the deposit plus bonus, depending on the promotion.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from eligible bonus use qualify for withdrawal once conditions are met.
• Bonuses are only valid for the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
• 8svip reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of abuse or exploitation of promotions.

6Game Rules

All games available on the 8svip platform — including video slots, table games, Live Casino, and Sports Betting — have specific rules displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

General Gaming Principles:

• The results of all games based on an RNG (random number generator) audited by an independent international body are final.
• For Live Casino, results recorded by the streaming system are final in all disputes.
• 8svip is not responsible for any losses incurred due to internet connection disruptions on the player's end during a gaming session.
• In the event of a clear technical error in a game, 8svip reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager.

Confirmed and processed bets cannot be cancelled or amended. Players are fully responsible for all betting decisions made.

7Player Responsibilities & Conduct

All 8svip platform users are required to conduct themselves in a responsible, honest, and respectful manner toward other players and platform staff. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker games or tournaments.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities on the platform for unauthorized gain.
• Transferring funds between 8svip accounts without a legitimate gaming purpose (currency exchange / money laundering).
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using offensive, threatening, or harassing language or behavior in any platform communication channel.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting 8svip customer support. Any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

8svip reserves the right to close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• There is evidence of fraud, exploitation, or conduct that violates these Terms.
• Information provided during registration was found to be inaccurate or misleading.
• The user was found to have more than one active account.
• There is an instruction from a relevant authority or regulatory body.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no login.

For inactive accounts, any remaining balance may be subject to administrative fees after a specified period of inactivity, as stated in our inactive account policy.

9Limitation of Liability

The 8svip platform and all related parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from betting outcomes.
• Service disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Inability to access an account due to third-party connection issues.
• Data loss due to hardware or software failure on the user's end.

The maximum liability of 8svip in any claim is limited to the net deposit amount made by the user in the 30 days preceding that claim.

10Terms Amendments & Applicable Law

8svip reserves the right to amend, add to, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Major changes will be communicated to active players via in-platform notifications at least 7 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.

Laws and Jurisdiction:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to binding arbitration under mutually agreed procedures.
